Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.

Some features require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service offers optional paid features (Cabin Collection Pro). Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and governed by their terms. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and we never see or store your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the content you add to the Service, such as your collection data and notes. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm that it does not violate any rights of third parties.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering it, scraping data at scale, or using it to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal use. Cabin Collection is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that flight information is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. These Terms don't limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
